Saturday, Dec 7th, Houston Bonsai Society Christmas Party, Trinni Mendenhall Community Center, 10 AM – 12 Noon.   

We will do a gift exchange, please bring a Bonsai-related present worth around $25. We will provide Turkey, Ham and Dressing. Feel free to bring any sides.

Saturday, Nov 9th, Houston Bonsai Study Group, Quality Feed and Garden , Free. 9 AM – 12 PM.  Come and work on your trees with members of the Houston Bonsai Society.  Refreshments provided. 

Saturday, Nov 16th, Bonsai Basics #1 Class – Re-Potting Timeless Trees Nursery, 9 AM – 1 PM,  (8 people – 5 spots open),  $70.00 per person,    Focus will be on re-potting.  Students will receive a Tree, pot, soil, wire, handout, and a pair of scissors.  We will re-pot the trees into a ceramic pot and make the initial branch selection.

Saturday, Nov 16th, Japanese Black Pine Study Group, Timeless Trees Nursery, 1:30 PM – 5 PM,  Hurley and Pete Parker, (8 people – 4 spots open),  $25.00 per person.  We will do the Fall work, including reduction of Summer Buds / Candle, Thinning of needles for better Sunlight to the interior.  And general energy Balance.

Saturday, Nov 23rd, Shohin Forest planting on a Stone with Mike Lane, 9 AM – 1 PM,  

(8 people – 7 spots open),  $150.00 per person,  We will provide everything.  Stone soil, wire, and 3 trees, ( More trees can be purchased additionally).  We will style the small trees and place them on a stone.  Trees available, Willow leaf Ficus, Podocarpus (Bird’s Tongue), Small Leaf Fukien Tea, Regular Fukien Tea, Chinese Elm. 

Saturday, Nov 23rd, Bring your Own Trees and work with Mike Lane, 1:30 -5PM, 

(8 people – 6 spots open),  $60.00 per person, Work with world renowned artist Mike Lane on your trees.  Snacks and drinks provided. 

Saturday, Nov 30th, Come and celebrate Small Business Weekend with Timeless Trees.
